Grade 2 Kids Raise Funds for iamninoy

Every year, the Raya School located at 109 Scout Fernandez corner Scout Torillo, Quezon City, conducts a fundraising activity for their Citizenship and Identity classes.  This year, the Grade 2 Marangal kids, aged 8-10 years old, raised funds through a talent auction.  They auctioned off works of art, song and dance numbers, and stand up comedy routines to members of the Raya community. The children were asked to vote as a class on an organization or cause to whom they would donate the funds raised. They chose iamninoy out of three other groups as they learned about heroism and so much more during a field trip to the Aquino Museum in Tarlac.
